If you solved the previous puzzle the right way, it's much easier too see some of the pieces you need to solve this one.

Yes, if you fold the cut part away, you can see the missing things you need in order to follow the instructions for 23.

You have to follow the instructions and pick the letters from one of the four directions, as given.

You don't need the solution from code 22, but some elements on the page. You'll have to combine them with the rest on the page for code 23, as per the instructions.

I am totally stuck on this. I have correctly solved puzzle 22, but have no idea where to go with 23. By solving 22, I have can now see 3 letters which are printed on puzzle 22 but are now visible from puzzle 23. This doesnt seem to help me at all though. Do I need to find letters which are written in the different cardinal directions?

three letters North, and three Ns in the sequence

makes a ten letter word which you probably won't know!

spot three letters in white at the top (north) of the page

in the NSWEWENNSW sequence notice there are three Ns

▼Spoiler

write the three letters under these Ns

Find other sets of white letters at the S, E and W positions

▼Spoiler

Write those letters under the correct sequence letters to get a 10 letter word that hasn't been used since the middle ages!
