No, not seats. I should have said that I found "lines" misleading (as a non-native speaker). But thinking about it again now, a clearer hint is that a preposition is missing in the clue.

State of puzzlement, how appropriate... :-) As I said, the second part confused me as well. I found the solution by concentrating on the first part (letter) and working from there. In hindsight, the second part (lines) became clear.

To me, it meant letter in position 2 of a sentence, but I'm guessing this means two-letters word. Still to which word/text is it referring ? Is the answer located in the left page ?

Having problems with the last step here

I think I'm supposed to find a 4 letter word here with the particular position from different lines. But I'm stumped as to which lines count and which to start from. (does "Making space for criminal liquidation" count as 1 or 2 lines? Do I count the line(s) "Remember to review your environment"?)

  All lines count including the sandwiches line, each line is one and all is written on the ticket, nowhere else

You're looking for a 6 letter word. I'm not a native English speaker and I didn't know the word, it just sounded like it could be one and I tried it out, seemed to be correct.

How the .... is it a 6 letter word when the clue is Letter 2, Lines 5123?

I nearly reached my limit, I think the designer of the book should step in to explain his puzzles, if not I find it hard to trust all future Kickstarter projects already, might as wait for reviews

It is not Lines 5123, you are using the s/5 twice. There is a way to satisfy the instruction and get more than three letters.

I think the puzzles are well-made, there's nothing wrong with them if they aren't that easy.

Yup, everyone has their own opinions. To me, Journal 29 is not easy too as I needed hints for quite a number of puzzles. However, there is the satisfaction when I read the hints or solved it (most of them, to be fair). The puzzles here are well made, I agree, but the hints are redundant. And there are more than 1 way to interpret the clues, like Lines 5123, as you say, which shouldn't be the case.

Me and my team designed escape rooms as well. Since you are here, I assume you are also a puzzle designer and understand what I meant. So if you do not agree with my feelings, it is fine I am just giving a review, and will give an honest one if it is released onto Amazon for example as well.

Anyway, I still don't get it. Let's establish that I saw Letter 2 Line 5123 Letter 2 Line 5123. This is the fact right? From here, how are we supposed to know it is 6 letters? It is either 4 letters, as depicted by Letter 1, Lines 5, 1,2, 3 or 8 letters, as the message is repeated twice. There is no clue to mention it is 6 letters, except just to ' satisfy the instruction' or basically, 'trial and error'. So please enlighten me, where is the clue to determine how to solve it? I will be happy to admit I am a fool in these forums - I am not here to criticize, I am ok with admitting I am wrong
