I'm a bit stuck as well.

I've gotten two words by replacing beads with words, but the nine-bead word I'm using doesn't seem to work--am I using the wrong word, or going the wrong direction?

Any gentle nudges I can get? Thanks in advance!

I tried using the letters under each number above the word antidote and correlating them with each color bead based on the number of beads in each string but the results are not words.

put the three clues on strings. The bold ones will show you 2 words and a number..
