Re: Seats

The seat designations provided are a little odd, aren’t they? Using the diagram, you should be able to name them more specifically.

Re: Seats

Spoiler

You can specify the position of an airline seat either by using the "column" (here A to F), or by describing its position relative to some common elements of the aircraft layout. I.e., "this is a ... seat". You'll have three words that describe the possible positions, giving you three letters. This is the information you'll need to continue decoding the ticket.

Re: Seats

I know what wma means. I find the seats, but what about letters. e. g  14w, means 14f. But I can't fint letters that make three words.

You'll just need the letter. In your example, 14w could specify 14a or 14f. Only one of these seats will be correct, so it's either "a" or "f", depending on whether the seat is marked as free or occupied in the map.

Re: Seats

Spoiler

For what it's worth, I somehow did the seat choosing backwards; either I mistook the empty vs occupied indicators, or I was wrong about whether we were looking for empty or occupied seats. So if you're not getting an answer, try the opposite choices.
